A short call to understand your team, your brand, and how the images will be used. You'll know exactly what to expect before we arrive.
2. We prepare your people
Every participant gets simple guidance on what to wear and what to bring, so nobody has to guess. No awkward poses starts with no awkward surprises.
3. Shoot Day
We bring the studio to you. From professional lighting, backdrops, and a relaxed, coached experience for every person. Participants see their images as we shoot and choose their favourites on the spot.
4. Polished Delivery
Your selected images are professionally retouched and delivered in your preferred format within 7 business days, and in some cases, within hours. All ready for LinkedIn, your website, and anywhere your team shows up.

What headshots cost
The honest answer: it depends on how many people, where we're shooting, and how much retouching you'd like. Individual sessions start at $499. Team headshots are priced per person, with rates that improve as your group grows — most companies invest between $40 and $65 per person.

FAQ
How long does a headshot take?
For team sessions, most people have a 5-7 minute session, coached the whole way, with time to review and pick favourites.
Individual and executive sessions run longer, 30-60 minutes, so we can explore more looks and locations.
Do you come to our office?
Yes. Most of our corporate headshots happen at our clients' offices across Toronto and the GTA. We bring everything; lighting, backdrops, and setup. We can be ready in about an hour. Location shoots and studio sessions are also available.
Who will photograph us?
A Fungke Images photographer from our team, trained to the same standard and the same look. Because we're a team, we can run multiple stations at once and cover large teams in a single day, and there's always backup if someone is sick. No single point of failure for your photo day.
What should we wear?
Short answer, solid colours, clean lines, and the outfit you'd wear to meet your most important client. Once you book, we send every participant a short prep guide that includes what to avoid so your whole team arrives ready.
How do we receive our photos?
Depending on what you need, each person has the ability to choose their favourite images on the spot. Final selections are professionally retouched and delivered through a private online gallery within 7 business days and in some cases, delivered within a few hours to each person in formats sized for LinkedIn, web or print.
Can you match our existing headshots?
In most cases, yes. Share examples of your current look and we'll match the background, lighting, and crop so new images blend in with the old, or design a fresh standard and roll it out across the team.
